Swiss Steak

Ingredients:
1 pound cube steak
1 (14 ounce) can whole tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions:
Brown cube steak in skillet.
Cut onions into rings.
Layer steak and onions in pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In mixing bowl, combine whole tomatoes, tomato sauce and oregano.
Pour over steak and onions.
Simmer until done.
Serve over Rice.
