Stadium Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 pounds hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
1 pint Sour Cream
2 to 3 tablespoons minced onions
2 teaspoons garlic
Pepper to taste

Topping:
2 cups of corn flakes or potato chips
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except topping. Spread into a buttered 13X9 inch pyrex dish.
Coat corn flakes or potato chips with melted butter.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees fpr 45 mins to 1 hour.
