Chinese Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mik
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 small can water chestnuts--sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef and onions.
Add celery, soup, milk, and raw rice
Add salt and pepper to taste
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
Serve with garlic bread
